Horrible service

I ordered these pants with another item. The other item came but the pants didn’t arrive. I have called Macys and I was told I have to wait to the seller to contact me. I have heard nothing back. I have also sent emails. I’m very shocked at this process. Very ridiculous! Give me my money back or send me the pants!

Runs very small. Nice pants but are cut odd and run very short and small in the butt and hip area. Returned and awaiting larger size.
