Missing order

I ordered two jackets ( two different sizes) and received only ONE jacket. The larger size was and has been missing. I called Macy’s customer service and they said someone from this company will follow up with me via email. They showed the photo of the delivery package on my doorstep. I said, “great” but There is only one package and the package does not have two jackets. I did not hear from this company. Regardless, I wasted money. I have been a loyal Macy’s customer for many years and this is the first time something like this has ever happened. This Ellie Balleh company is irresponsible and cheat their customers. I will never be ordering any of their products again.
