beautiful but in knots

this is a very sparkly necklace but it came in a small earring box and it took me 1/2 hour to take the knots out

I received my necklace and the chain was in several knots. I don’t see how it could have gotten so knotted because it was properly packaged. The necklace is very pretty. I’m sure I will enjoy it if and when I get all the knots out.
