Macy’s cancelled order

Never received order, kept checking status and Macy’s finally updated but listed as cancelled in order status on app account history. Needless to say, I missed the holiday sale price and they are selling for tines the price now. Entered the product online and can purchase elsewhere for half of what Macy’s is now charging.
