Good price. Bad quality

I bought this small appliance thinking and only used it approximately three times. It has been sitting on my kitchen countertop as it’s not working anymore.

I was so excited waiting for this item to arrive because I really needed. But when I have received, it already defected. It did not work right at the first try. It does look nice, I like it but unfortunately I have to return it to Macy's.
