Stopped percolating

In less than eight months of occasional home use, this percolator has stopped perking. It appears there is no refund or guarantee available, so I am just registering here as a dissatisfied customer, and would not recommend this item to anyone.

Lid Fell Apart

I had this unit for about two weeks when the lid fell apart during cleaning. It made good coffee while it was intact and I liked the look of it. But the knob and cap coming apart shows how cheaply made this was, and that is extremely disappointing. I give it one star and do not recommend.

This is the one!!

We were very happy with the performance of the Elite percolator. The brew was nice and smooth and I thought the was processing time was great. And I also suggest to use a paper coffee filter to trap finer grinds so they don’t get into your brew.

Treated Ourselves

Wanted a Percolator for a long time. Found this one browsing Macy's website. It's attractive; a very good size. It worked very well, and the coffee was Great! Appreciated the Very Good price!! We'll use this daily as it's very user friendly! Def Recommend! Thanks!

Doesn’t make good coffee

Was wanting this to be a good coffee maker but it isn’t. I ordered based on the review. Was missing percolator coffee so I purchased this one. It turns off too soon so the coffee is weak. In order to make a coffee that isn’t watery, they advise adding more coffee grounds which uses up more coffee grounds than regular coffee makers thus wasting coffee. I don’t like strong coffee but I want it to taste like coffee and not watery. This is going back. If you like watery coffee then this is for you

Already in love

Made my first pot of coffee this morning. Just as fast as a drip coffee maker, not really noisy at all. Best tasting cup of coffee I have had in a long time. Love this pot and I feel like I'm back in tine where my Mom had a Percolator.

Poor Quality

We used this coffee pot for two weeks and it fell apart. I went to remove the lid so I could clean the pot and the glass knob on the lid, fell off along with the seal that was holding it. What a piece of junk! I do not recommend.
