Easy Grilling, Easy Clean-Up

I used this Elite Grill for the first time yesterday. The salmon came out some kinda beautiful: the browning and grill marks were fast and easy, the diameter of the surface space was large enough for four pieces of meat, and small enough for just two pieces and some veggies. Once washed and set up, the heating time was immediate. I especially liked the temperature dial and weight of the entire apparatus. After cooking, just washed the lightweight grill plate, but did not submerge. If I had one concern it would be that the instruction manual was digital; I misplaced the sheet with the QR code, so had to wing it. Not difficult, but I’d prefer to have a paper manual that I don’t have to print.

Lightweight and nonstick

My husband was incredibly disappointed when our outdoor grill died while my he was cooking Thanksgiving prime rib. I bought this indoor grill on sale the following day to surprise my husband. We've already grilled steaks, shrimp, pork chops and veggies, and it's been the perfect winter weather grilling alternative. It's very easy to clean and compact enough that it does not take up much storage room. It has been a fantastic interim solution until we purchase our next outdoor grill.

Perfect kitchen counter grill

Its great, exactly what I have been looking for. So far I have made grilled cheese sandwiches, sausage and pork chops. A little spray of Pam and clean up is a breeze.
