Do not buy this product

I bought this blender in last August 2025. I didn’t even used it very often. It's broken, it doesn't work. All the money was completely wasted. Please do not buy. I wish I get my money back.

Basic

Bought 2 thinking would be comparable to previous personal blender that Macy's had. Unfortunately, decided to returned them. it would not work for use for blending food for our elderly family member. It may work for blending simple juices and it comes with many cups.

Item Was Defective

Used 3 times. First two smoothies turned out well. Third time unit began smoking a lot and had to quickly be unplugged!!! Clearly had some type of electrical defect and not designed well for smoothies. I cannot recommend this Elite Cuisine product at all. Should not have been defective on the 3rd use!

Bad purchase

I bought this in May and used it almost everyday for smoothies. All of a sudden it stopped working (June 25th) of course can’t return cause window was up June 7th. Ugh!!

Nice little blender

This is just that, a nice little blender. I got mine as a free gift about 4 years ago. It just died on me today so I'm going to replace it. It's not a great blender but it does do a good job. You need to be patient using it. Blend in short intervals not all at once continuously.

I got the Elite Cuisine 17 Piece Personal Drink Blender with 4 x 16oz. Travel Cups EPB-1800 and my family and I love it. My kids use it to make milkshakes or smoothies so easy to use. Definitely would buy again.
