Very Disappointed!!!

I received the product on May 5th, used it for the first time on May 7th, and it worked. On June 14th, I tried it again, and it no longer worked. The worst part is that I can't return it to Macy's, however if I want a replacement I'm responsible for sending it to the third party and paying for the shipping costs. What kind of warranty does this product offer? I hope I don't use this method of purchase again.
