Not Worth It

I have followed their booklet recipe booklet instructions several times.pizza dough wasn’t done. I had to add flour and kneed it again. Made bread today that was supposed to be 2lbs and it hardly rose. It is new Instant yeast that you’re instructed to use. Sorry I wasted my money on this one. Wish it could be returned.

Limited capacity

The recipes in the Elite Gourmet bread machine are almost useless. Machine can’t accept recipes that require more than 4 cups flour.

Makes incredible bread

This bread maker comes with great instructions as well as a recipe book which is great for me because I’m not a great baker. The bread maker has an option for how dark or light you want your bread. It’s very simple just add your ingredients and go. Makes perfect bread every time.

Elite Gourmet Bread Maker

The Elite Gourmet Bread Maker is a great appliance for those who consistently make bread. I’d consider myself at an intermediate level of baking and getting used to this bread maker only took a few bakes to get the results I wanted. It’s performs very consistently. It comes with a book that has all sorts of recipes in it. I only tried the quick bread and it turned out good enough. The guide is a great starting point for beginners who need a good reference point. Overall I’m quite satisfied with the bread maker

Easy peasy!

I am not a baker but I love homemade bread. I was always afraid to try my hand at it and bread machines intimidated me so bad! My co worker always brings THE best breads to work. I finally asked her her secret and she started telling me about the Elite Gourmet Programmable 2LB Bread Maker. Long story short I bought one and couldn't be happier! I'm still learning but it comes with easy recipes. Put your ingredients in. Program it and it does all the work for you! I love the window where I can watch the bread rise and when it's baking, my house smells amazing! It's small enough to keep on your counter too. I've been using it to much to even think about putting it away! It's my new favorite appliance.
