Very poor quality

Poor quality. Started smoking after the first use!

First use may result in a slight odor or small smoking upon heating, it is normal. This is a result of the heating of manufacturer residue. (Refer to user manual) for further information.

worked for just a second and then won't turn on. Didn't even use it on anything.

Not great at all

First time using it for Thanksgiving and the motor burned out while I was mixing pudding.

Meh

You get what you pay for. This is on the cheaper side. It was very hard to attach the gray beater holder piece and it was also hard to put the beaters into that piece. Hurt my hand trying to do it. Almost sent it back. Haven't used it yet. Hopefully it works well.

Beater did not work on first use fresh out box

Just opened the box to use this mixer for the first time. Speeds 1 through 3 do not work. Currently trying to figure out how to return product for a refund.

The motor started to burn 1 minute into mixing cookie batter. Then it quit working
