My button won’t stay down to cook unfortunately. If I use tape it works perfectly.

Easy way to cook rice

It does a good job cooking rice. It has only one problem rice sticks to the bottom. My old cooker has a metal plate with holes that prevented this.

This rice cooker is easy to use and cooks my rice absolutely perfectly. The instructions are super easy to follow and you truly cannot screw up cooking your rice. The rice comes out perfectly every time!

Good fluffy rice

I like how easy and convenient it is to use. The rice came out nice and fluffy. I do however have one complaint. It was very Hard to clean the insert. The rice stuck to the bottom. I had to soak several times to get the rice off.

Really great!

I was skeptical when I read the instructions. There’s no setting for brown or white rice. It just says put in the rice and liquid and press start, it will shut off when the rice is done. We decided to test it with some brown rice. I thoroughly expected my Rice to be undercooked. It wasn’t! It was perfect! This rice cooker is magic!
