Excited but Disappointed

I was excited to get this slow cooker. It's large capacity is exactly what I needed, and it's digital. However, the first time I used it, the heating was so hot even on low. I thought that I had made a mistake using it. I used it a couple of times since then and I believe the is heating element is not working correctly. There's no difference whether it's on low or high, it heats the same. Unfortunately, I've thrown out the box it came in and can not return it.

I just open my cooker and the lid is broken. I just opened because I will need it next weekend. I place the order for 3 of theme but only 1 is damaged.

Dont waste your money

I really wanted to like it. I used it 4 times, mostly for bone broth. Cracked on the 4th time. Also runs very hot.

I have only used it once, but it seems to have a much better temp than others ive owned. The timer is great.

Heavy weight crock pot!

It's nice size but heavy weighs about 15-20 lbs with nothing in it! Good quality ceramic! I'm happy with my purchase! The digital buttons better than turn know!

Excellent product!!

I got this not long ago and I am absolutely glad that I did is the best slow cooker I have ever used not to mention it is digital and that makes it so much better it heats up fast and Cooks perfectly I would definitely recommend getting this slow cooker

Average slow cooker

This is not a fancy slow cooker. It does the job, but it lacks many of the bells and whistles that would make it really a preferred addition to your kitchen. There is no programmable timer, steam vent, or locking lid for travel. The best feature of the crock pot is the depth, it's great for larger roasts or other things that need more space.
