Save your money

Rice cooker worked for less than a month. Switched back to my old one that this was to replace.

Great product

This rice cooker is the best purchase I’ve made from Macy’s. It’s a perfect size for my family. The rice cooks completely and it comes out fluffy. Size is perfect because it’s never a hassle to put away and easy care instructions.

Good rice cooker

I finally got my rice cooker as I have always wanted one. Used it for the first time. Follow instructions. Don't add additional water as it will overflow. The rice came out very sticky but I think it was the added water. Next time I will not add more water to see if it comes out fluffy. The container is misleading cause it looks very small. For a minute I thought I got the 3 cup and not the 6 cup. When rice was done it does look like 6 cups. There should have been a receipt book included showing what other things one can add to the rice. Since I only used it once, will give a 4 star. After using it for a while I will upgrade.

Good size pot.

I got this for my work place. It’s a versatile pot. I use it to cook sticky rice, or steam asparagus. Sometimes I use it just to keep my soup warm until lunch time. It’s all-in-one pot.
