Heating element burned out in about a year and 4 months. Used the item 1 time a month for general use.

Bad CrockPot

I brought this crock pot and it has stopped working in less than a year. Beings we all have had the same bad product maybe I should chat with one of them class action lawyers

Do NOT buy

Purchased slow cooker 12/24/2023 and it has stopped working on 3/3/2024. Piece of junk!! Buyer beware!

worked for a little while but not anymore

I probably used it 5 times in a year and a half put food in it tonight in the hopes that when I got home it would be done but of course not the chicken was still raw after 5 hours it ruin dinner that’s for sure thanks for nothing wish I listened to the reviews don’t waste your money on this piece of garbage

not worth it

I’m late posting this review. I bought this and used it once. It has not worked since. It does not get hot. Big waste of money ever. LEAVE IT !!!

not worth it

the good thing is the size of the crockpot, but the sticker falls off for the on/off area, the lid is a pain, and then the parts that are on the lid fall off into food all the time.

don’t waste your money

I got this the end of August and it quit working yesterday; my nice roast and veggies were just warm when I got home. it doesn’t have a warranty so Macy’s wouldn’t replace it or refund my money
