The unit has reset Function: your appliance is equipped with safety features. To prevent overheating, the thermal protective device will switch off the fryer automatically. This device is a small reset button found either on the backside or underside of the electrical component, or in the cord storage compartment. It can be re-activated by pushing the button in again with a toothpick or non-metal object. **Disconnect from power outlet before resetting.
Reference the user manual on page 5 for location. Make sure both knobs are ON for unit to heat and the heating elements are set correctly.
