Nice but floral pattern seems dated

Considered this for a summer wedding but the floral pattern looks dated. Bought this because there are very few dresses with sleeves for petite women. More for a mature woman than for a youthful crowd so back it went. The size 0P was too tight around the torso. I'm 5'3" and 103 lbs for reference
