NEVER RECEIVED DRESS

Macy’s used a company called ONTRAC to deliver my dress, it arrived in their facility in Montgomeryville Pa. and NEVER left there. Ironically, after informing Macy’s to cancel order after waiting 2 weeks; I got a email from Macy’s dress was delivered…I could keep no need to return! What a joke, I could keep a dress I never received……oh yeah ONTRAC says they delivered it at 11:30PM……Unacceptable service!
