Very disappointing!

This item doesn't exist. I ordered it twice, and paid for it. Each time I received a message that you don't have this product. If your database doesn't update in real time, then customers are able to put items in their bag that aren't available. I called several times, and no one could help me.

Missing items and non-existing customer service

I ordered 5 boxes of this set, but only got an open-box one item staffed with wrapping paper, and the other 4 were missing. However, the packing slip stated they had delivered all 5. I immediately contacted Macy's via chat and talked with one customer service person, and the customer service person said they would issue a refund which I still have never received. Very unhappy about the missing items and the customer service!
