Feels silky!

damaged package

When I opened my package, one of the items which is Advanced Ceramide Capsules Daily Youth Restoring Serum was opened and some capsules were out of the box. I am not happy as i don't know it has been used. I would like to return it but I have to take time off to go to post office so I didn't.

Ok

I find the capsules very oily, it takes a very long time to absorb into my skin. I only use it at night and I have to allow at least half an hour.
