Impossible to dispense

I love Elizabeth Arden products and used most of the skincare range however this is well below par ...purely because I cannot get the serum out of the bottle with the pipette.followed the instructions...useless!!..its so annoying given the cost....

Disappointed

Bought this product in January but unfortunately didn't get the opportunity to try it as I couldn't get it out of the bottle using the pipette so sent it back and am waiting for a refund

Can’t get product out of Bottle!

I cant tell you about the product as its impossible to get it out of the rigid bottle .its far too thick to travel up the pipettes. shaking doesn’t work. it remains a frustrating mystery

Elizabeth Arden Skin Illuminating.

This is the worst cosmetic purchase I have ever made. The serum is so thick, you have to pound the bottom of container to get it to flow. I will definitely be returning it.

Hard to get out of the bottle

This is a nice product but the bottle works poorly and I can’t get the product out to put on my face - will not be buying again
