My queen of scat, finally some love for Ella!
My excitement when I saw this was in an ad at 7:30am was so real I was at Target the moment they opened the doors to snatch the only one they had. My ONLY complaint is that Ella was a beautiful plus sized woman, and unfortunately this barbie is painfully thin. All the same, having an Ella barbie is more important to me than anything!

Disappointing product features
This is supposed to be Ella Fitzgerald but still looks more like Barbie. Her gown is wonderful but her actual facial features do not resemble her at all. Very disappointing that it still looks like a Barbie doll.

Not Her Face
This looks more like someone is cosplaying Ella. They barely modified the standard Barbie face to make this doll. Ella looks nothing like Barbie. A real Ella Fizgerald doll would probably wear this outfit, but that's the extent of it. They have trimmed down all of her features. Please look up pictures of Ella before making a doll that barely has her likeness.

To have Ella Fitzgerald and be able to give her to one of my granddaughter’s is priceless. She is another part of black history.
