Awful, doesn’t fit my queen bed very well. Did not wash well. Melted in dryer. Do not recommend!

This topper should be washed in cold water on a gentle cycle and either air dried or tumble dried on low. Using higher heat settings in the dryer can damage the cooling fibers and cause the type of melting you described.
For future customers: when cared for properly, this topper holds up very well, providing a breathable layer of comfort designed to stay cool through the night. The issues mentioned here are linked to incorrect laundering rather than the quality of the product itself.
Comfortable calling fiber bed
I used to toss and turn a lot in bed, and I would always wake up with arm pain. But this went far beyond my expectations, it’s so comfortable that I honestly feel like I’m sleeping on clouds

Better Sleep
This cooling mattress topper has improved my sleep quality. I do not wake up sweating in the middle of the night. And true story- our AC broke in the middle of this hot summer and even with the temperature so hot in the house, my husband pulled a blanket over himself. I attribute that to this cooling mattress pad.

Cool to the touch but...
Arrived in a timely manner and in great condition. It is cool to the touch but doesn’t keep cool during the night. I had high hopes that it would stay cool after being asleep for several hours but it warms up like many other mattress pads I’ve tried. It does add a little extra padding like similar toppers. It also is a polyester material which I didn’t realize until after purchasing. I avoid synthetic materials as much as possible. I would return but didn’t keep the packaging. Sigh...

Great for summer!
My husband usually sweats a lot at night and this mattress protector made all the difference in our nights, making our bed cooler and much more comfortable.I’m very satisfied.

Melted
I planned ahead for the very hot summers here and purchased this cooling topper. I just received it and wanted to wash chemicals out before putting on my bed. I washed cold not much soap, added white vinegar to rinse. Dried on LOW setting 1 1/2 hour, pulling out and fluffing half way through. When it felt dry I pulled it out and it was literally one melted blob! It's in the trash. Didn't even get to touch my bed
Good for hot sleepers!
Definitely a thicker quality! I did notice a slight change in being cooler at night, I’m a hot sleeper so this is a pleasant addition to my bedding! It fit as described and was easy to put on the bed!

Awesome for night sweats
If you suffer from heat flashes or night sweats this works so well. It stays cool all night long and is super plush too. My mattress itself is really firm and this helps a lot with making it more comfy.
