The product shown was not delivered. Macy's sent a cheap version with elastic straps. Now I am stuck with a useless product.

Item not the same as description or picture

Item I ordered (see picture) is a full mattress cover that has complete corner coverage. The item that arrived had corner straps only. Then I had to pay to buy a box to return.
