Dreadful quality

Dreadful quality. This pillow was dreadful from the minute I took it out of compression package. Loose fibers and fluff were flying everywhere and could be a lung health hazzard! Fortunately I unpackaged in the garage. Immediately put into a large trash bag put it in trunk & drove to return at Macy’s.

All of our pillows are vacuum-sealed to reduce shipping waste and are crafted with tightly sealed seams to prevent fiber escape. What you experienced is highly unusual and not typical of our quality standards.

LUXURY PLUSH GUSSETED PILLOW

I am so thankful to have found these pillows. They feel absolutely great. They were packaged well. You have to wait 24 hours for the full effect. They are so soft and thick. I hope they last. The best sleep that I have had in a while.
