The blanket is amazing to sleep with. Good even weight around my body. Major problems is that the glass beads are so tiny that they get past the seam, let alone if you have any pets with claws. The glass beads easily go underneath your fingernail kind of small. I wish the stitching would be better and to sell (or include if the stitching can’t be fixed) a duvet cover that fits this blanket size since it isn’t sized like your normal fulls, queens, ect. Sadly overall disappointed by the quality of this item at such a price.

To clarify, the glass beads are secured within individually stitched compartments and should not pass through intact seams under normal use. If beads are escaping, that would indicate damage to the stitching rather than the standard construction. Pets with claws, sharp objects, or excessive pulling can compromise the fabric over time.

Leaking beads
Today O got under my anxiety blanket. I was super excited as it always soothes me, but I found that it's leaking the beads. I am very disappointed. I am confused why they wouldn't put bigger beads so they don't leak out. Not even sure where it's leaking from. I have bead all over my bum as I was wearing shorts when I went under the blanket. Do not purchase.

Bought for my daughter, she has anxiety and has a hard time staying asleep. This blanket has helped her sleep through the night multiple nights in a row. We bought on a discount because regular price was way too expensive.

I would absolutely love to give this weighted blanket a review but I ordered online 17 days ago and it still has not arrived. (Still shows "to arrive in 3 to 6 business days".) Being a single mom with 4 boys I thought it would be nice to buy myself a gift this year, something that would be just mine and not covered in monster trucks and sports patterns. It is well past Christmas now I'm not really excited anymore to receive it. We don't even have our tree up anymore. Bummer, kind of disappointed.

I wanted a weighted blanket to help with my anxiety but now I have the stress of cleaning up glass beads before and after every time I get in and out of bed. It feels like there are crumbs in my bed but we don’t eat in bed for that reason. And now I have the annoyance of glass beads all over my bed and floor. I will be contacting the company directly for a refund or replacement as well. This is ridiculous and the opposite of helping with my anxiety.

I've been using a weighted blanket for several years. This is the second Ella Jayne blanket bought. The first one, after four (4) years, wore out so I bought a second heavier one.
