This order was placed online December 20th.....order not received. Today is December 29th

Not what I ordered

I ordered 2 20lb weighted blankets queen size on Cyber Monday. Said it was shipped Dec 1. Weeks later, no update on tracking info. I requested for the items to be reshipped or refunded. Next day I was issued a refund. 2 days later, was notified of new my items were shipped. I ended up getting 2 20lb throw blankets. Way too small and a disappointment as they were Christmas gifts, but they were also free so can't be too mad.

Never received! Zero stars for Macys

I can’t review something I never received. It was a Christmas gift. Macy’s would not refund for 10 days….and did not reship. Told me it was coming on the 19th, and told me I had to wait.

Lining ripped and poor quality

So disappointed. Used this once & the lining ripped & little clear beads poured out of this blanket. Not worth the mess!
