Pillows do not hold their shape
After 4 weeks, these pillows collapsed. I would not recommend them
Extremely firm 2 pack queen
I ordered the 2 pack queen firm and it’s definitely firm more than expected.
Beware of packaging
The pillows are OK but the packaging is idiotic. They squeezed two pillows in this small box and sealed it with heavy shipping tape, requiring a box cutter to open the box. I now have a brand new pillow with a slice down the top. They ship direct from the seller so you are stuck with it. Macy’s will not take them back because they don’t sell them in their stores. A different brand shipped to me from Macy’s in a very large heavy duty plastic bag and were perfect. Read the fine print and make sure you are dealing with Macy’s.

It is soft, comfortable, adjustable and it stays put.

The firm pillows are very soft and lumpy. they got squished down into nothing within a few weeks. Horrible pillows.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. The Signature Plush Firm Density Pillow is engineered to provide solid support for side and back sleepers, and it does not become soft or lumpy under normal use. When customers report lumpiness or flattening, it is almost always the result of improper washing or drying, especially if the pillow is dried without being fully fluffed or is exposed to high heat. This causes the fill to clump together and lose loft.
The firmness and structure of this pillow are consistent across our production, and the vast majority of customers experience exactly that. It sounds like something may have gone wrong in the care process, as the pillow should not behave the way you described.

These Pillows were very disappointing. When the package arrived, I wondered how two pillows could fit into a Shoe Box. When I took them out, they expanded, but stayed Very Flat. I am going to use them to fill Pillow Shams, they are not Pillows I Would Use For Sleeping!

Best pillow for side sleepers
These pillows offer the best support for side sleepers ever. They conform so nice to your body without flattening. They are soft,breathable and excellent for people with allergy such as myself. I hope they don’t discontinue these.
