Thank you for your feedback. The packaging you described is completely normal and not an indicator of quality. Pillows are shipped in compact packaging to protect them in transit and reduce shipping materials. Once opened, they are designed to fully expand and regain their intended loft.

If the pillow felt soft right away, it’s also possible you may have received the incorrect density by mistake. Our Firm Side and Back Sleeper version is designed to provide noticeably more structure and support than our Soft Stomach Sleeper option.

Order Repeatedly a Fail!

It's not the product it's the service! I ordered two only to received one because out-of-stock. So instead of having two queen pillows I'm stuck with one. Keep getting notices that I left something in my cart featuring the same item but when I go to check out it's unavailable. Have been receiving multiple notices of the item in my cart but all fail to be available. As a loyal and regular customer I do not appreciate being treated this way. Macy's needs to get with the program.
