Disappointed

Received dress at home address, not available for ship to store. Cloth weave beautiful, well made, beautiful floral pattern, waist belt all very nice. The double elastic however ruined to effect, sets under the bust, very uncomfortable. Wanted to like it, very disappointed. Am 5'3", ordered petite. No receipt sent. How to return?
