Doesn't work in DD cups

The bra is beautiful, good fabric, I was so excited to wear it but it has absolutely no support. Maybe for smaller sizes it will be ok but not 34DD. Also the strap has 6 raws of hooks in the back and when I was trying to use it on the tightest one the end of the strap was just hanging. Kind of annoying.
