Disappointed

I was so excited when I ordered this blazer. I received it today balled up in a soft envelope. The blazer was so wrinkled it was hard to see If I liked it. Why would you ship a nice blazer like this. The material was much thinner than I expected and the size L fit more snug in the shoulder than I like. I would need to have the jacket steamed so I decided to return.
