Not sure if it is straw or the seal on the lid but this tumbler has horrible smell and taste. I hand washed before use and totally not useable.

I LOVE this cup for my iced coffee. The shape is so fun, the grip of the silicone sleeve makes holding it worry-free (I have a weak grip), and the lilac color is so pretty. I had my first one for over two years before the lid warped for some reason, which is the reason for my four-star rating. I'm not sure what happened, but I was disappointed to say the least The real gem here is the Ello's warranty. I didn't even know that was a thing until I was trying to find an answer about my lid. I contacted them about it and they sent me an entirely new cup! I was just expecting a lid (and would've been fine with that) so it was a pleasant surprise to get that in the mail. I still have the first one, but use it lidless. Worth the price since they stand by their products!

Love this! I got it on my birthday! My parents bought it in some blue color that isn't avalible apparently. But I still love it!

Owned this cup in white for over a year. We hand wash all parts and dry all of it on a dish drying rack daily. It’s performance has been just perfect! Also it’s very attractive & gets compliments. It’s been durable and is made of quality parts. No odors, no flavor issues, no mold. We love it so much I’m here to buy more of them for the family and for gifts. Highly recommend.

I love the look of this glass tumbler. There's only a few complaints. It doesn't keep drinks cold (ice melts quickly), leaks condensation, and doesn't hold a lot of liquid (I drink a lot of water). Other than that it's super cute.

Glass w removable insulation cover topped with suction lid. Keeps your drink cold. Love the glass insert rather than plastic cup . Glass keeps it cold,ice cold. Easy to clean,fits in car slots.

I love the look of this tumbler! My only issue is that the lid will not stay down and traps residue in it. I’m worried if I continue to use it it will turn into mold. Such a shame since it’s so cute

Love drinking from glass and , as described, expected the silicone sleeve to reduce condensation and be non-slip. It is not. Sleeve is very slippery and covered with condensation. Drinks do not stay cold for very long. Because it does not prevent condensation, it is not tabletop safe.
