Macy’s customer service

I ordered on line from Macys.com and I picked up my order from Macys store. when I got home and opened the box, it was empty with some papers in it. And it was supposed to be a surprise gift. I called 4 times with 3 days apart each time for refund or reshipment, but every time I called the agent said you will receive a notification email within 24 to 48 hours and I never received any email. Still waiting. It’s frustrating

These Ello insulated cups are the best I’ve found for keeping my coffee piping hot for hours. I’ve tried a lot of others, but these are the best!

Doesn't Last Long

I bought this mug and really enjoyed it. However, it only last about 8-10 months. It no longer keeps drinks cold and ice melts within 2 hours.

Love this travel mug!

Love the size of the travel mug. It fits my hand and is not bulky or top-heavy. It doesn't leak and is easy to clean. I've bought four of these; one for me, and three for gifts.

Best travel mug EVER

I was drawn to this mug because it looked cute and I know this is a good brand. I am so glad I found it! It has a secure top so it doesn't spill. I've used this for both hot and cold drinks and it maintains the temp. Very comfortable to drink from!
