Good mug

I love the ceramic because it doesn't give the coffee the metal taste of the more insulation-friendly stainless steel mugs. For those worried about keeping your drink hot for longer, I've found that prepping it with hot water helps a lot. Unfortunately I poured boiling water into my cold mug, which had the affect you'd expect, so I'll be buying a new one soon.

Disappointing

I received this as a gift and thought it was very nice however it does hold heat for very long. It loses heat in less than 10 minutes. I cannot return this since it was received as a gift with no receipt which is disappointing since it will not get much use. I would not recommend this product
