Something has changed.

I've purchased these bras from Macy's a few times, but this time the bra construction is not the same as previously. The band and straps on the recently purchased bras are not the same quality which impacts the way the bra fits and holds up.

Sizing

I carefully read the guidance about size conversion for the US and ordered accordingly. However, the bra cup size I received was huge. Not even close so I must return it.

No texture coverage and thin, floppy material

First off, I ordered 10 different bras from this company after getting fitted (40DD). Since I ordered so many, I'm not putting notes specific to each one, because the general principle applies across the board. 10/10 had zero, and I mean zero, texture coverage for those of us with big breasts. You could see clean through any shirt I put on. Also, the structure was just... not there. Some of them had wires, but all but one of the bras had no structure or pads (floppy, thin material that you could wad up in your hand). I cannot imagine anyone wearing one of these bras in public. I am very disappointed as I'm heavy busted and had spent a lot trying to find a bra to make me more comfortable. I'm returning all of these.

For Macy only not public- you erred in reading the sizing and you assumed UK sizing equals US sizing - in fact there is a 2 size difference

Cup shape is odd, seams visible

Cup shape is odd—it forms the apex of your breast into a pointy cone that flips up. The seam cuts through the center of the bra and is visible through multiple layers of clothing. I do like the racer back option which is difficult to find in "full figure" bras. I followed the size chart and it was still one size too small. I really wish this had been available in store to try on, maybe that is by design, I'm sure sales of this style would plummet.

Overpriced plastic

I returned this bra as it was horrendous. Not only was it huge, the fabric was almost plastic reminding me of the packaging surrounding a case of water. Major disappointment.
