I like it more than expected. I got a 40DDD but should have gone up a cup size or two. Even so it's still comfortable and provides a lot of support.

I have been wearing this style for at least 4 years. Fits very well, straps do not slide off of my shoulders. I am a petite woman and wear a 34GG. No padding, but I have no issue with show through.
