DO NOT BUY THIS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Jacket is fine. HORROR trying to return/exchange it for the correct size. Runs HUGE. I wanted to keep it, but was told by Macy's that I have to contact 3rd party seller. Did not realize it was not Macy's selling it on the Macy's website (A WHOLE DIFFERENT PROBLEM). Contacted number on purchase receipt. Not their problem. I have to contact manufacturer. Called Eloquii and was told I had to return to Macy's, even though I said 20 times that Macy's told me to return to Eloquii. COMPLETE RUN AROUND. Now I am stuck with a jacket that is huge and unwearable. I will never again buy on Macy's website because of this lousy service and complete misrepresentation.

This jacket runs big so be aware but I exchanged it for a smaller size and I’ll still have room for a nice sweater under it.
