Attractive Floral Pattern only around the Edges

The floral pattern is attractive and what I was looking for, but the center is almost fully white. I should have realized that before purchasing it. Not sure why they are designed this way and I would not purchase again. Since I have the napkins and plans to decorate the table I will likely keep it.
