Nice, but ...

Nice fabric and color. But there is a inch difference in length between the panels. Made installing the panels a nighmare. First order - 2 panels. One tie was missing. Called customer service. They instantly refunded money for one panel, emailed return label, said go to website and order new. NOOOOO I said, I just, I want a replcacement. No Macy's said you have already been refunded and case closed. Went to website and found notation item not available. Called customer service and after expressing anger and dissatisfaction the new agent (all are off-shore, and only use scripted responses) was helpful in finding and my buying a new panel. It arrived, I returned panel that was misiing tie back and then found new panel was inch shorter than original. Now required major effort removing and remounting rods to make adjustments for different lengths. The look perfect from one side of door and the length difference is noticeable from the other side. I wil think long and hard before any future online or#erfrom Macy's. I expected much better.

Great color!

My sister helps me put them up. They work very well. Bettie
