Macy's: Your communications about multiple shipments were very clear. Except for this item, everything was delivered and is very satisfactory. USPS indicated that this item was held for postage re-evaluation and then texted that it moved to the next venue on 7/8...no further updates. I went to the post office this morning and they said they have never seen this before: The item was confiscated for....fraud!!! Crazy! Could you please either replace the item or credit it to my account? Thank you!
