Gorgeous emerald and diamond necklace

Gorgeous necklace, bought for my daughter’s 17th birthday. She loves it! Good value for this very nice piece of jewelry, the stones are large enough, it’s slightly delicate but well-made. The emerald is not a dark green, it’s a beautiful lighter green color, which matches her green eyes, it’s perfect for her.

Breaks easily and not worth the price

This piece is incredibly fragile, within two months there was already a crack. I'm not sure if it was from cold weather or what. Considering how much I paid, I won't be buying jewelry from Macy's again.

Where is all the color?

Wanted to love this but the stones were so light, like a pale washed out green. Like a mint tint color, rather than the bright Kelly green shown on the photos. It doesn't do the piece justice with stones that light, since it isn't a huge piece it feels like the color just makes it fade into the background. I bought the ring too, and had the same problem. Even super on sale at like 269 it didn't feel worth it to keep it. I loved the design so much, I even considered keeping it and replacing it with actual green emeralds, but at this price I can't justify that.
