Never received.

This necklace looks beautiful beautiful, but I've never seen it in person. My husband ordered it thinking it would come by UPS. No, after it didn't come he checked the order and it said the post office would be delivering it. They didn't. Why in the world would Macy's use the postal service for an expensive item? We never got this necklace but we still have to pay for it. Sorry Macy's, but we're no longer going to be customers. If we order an expensive item we want UPS to hand it directly to us and have us sign for it.
