RETURN

I was at the hospital most of the day and when I arrived at home, I was trying to make a RETURN for this Item at 11:55 pm but I had a problem getting into my account. When I was able to, it said the window was CLOSED. I would like to make a Return for this Item as soon as possible and I would like to have some assistant!!! HELP!

Sizing is way way too small

You will probably have to size up 2 sizes. I can usually fit into a medium/large but couldn’t even get it over my shoulders. Not sure if I was sent the wrong size because tags showed the size I ordered but immediately returned.

Pretty but cheap

Beautiful dress but the diamonds on the straps were coming off not even 2 hours after putting on for the first time, very disappointing.
