Didn’t receive package

Same thing I said about my shoes and this dress I was going to wear to a party. I put the wrong address call customer service the next day to let them know, he put a note in the computer to let them know and the still sent it to the address. I went to where to the old address to retrieve my package and no one answered the door. I went there twice. Now I have to pay for something I haven’t received. I don’t want the money back I just wanted my merchandise.
