Frustrated with wrong sized dress

I ordered this dress in a size 2 and it arrived in a size 12. The tag said 2 but the inside of the dress said 12- it was humongous. I tried to call Macy’s customer service to see if they could ship me out the correct size as soon as possible and they were not able to really help me very much since it was through a third-party and not through Macy’s themselves. I learned a lesson not to buy dresses from Macy’s when they come from a third-party because there’s not much they can do for you if you need help. I need the dress for an upcoming wedding and now I’m back to trying to find a dress.

Better for smaller chest

It's a nice dress. Perfect for a nice dinner out. If you have a smaller chest this is elegant and flattering. If you have a larger chest (and thin) it won't sit right under your rib cage. If you're thicker with a larger chest it will fit, but your girls will be on full display... which might be your vibe. Either way you were warned. :)

Shipping disappointment

Disappointed in Macys! Prom dresses are important to arrive early for review , alterations. We have yet to receive! Late delivery date scheduled.

Fun and elegant

I’m pleased with my purchase. I've worn the dress three times now, and it’s versatile enough to transition from a gala to a date night to summer outings. It is a bit long for my height of 5'7", so I recommend wearing heels. As someone who isn't a teenager, I feel comfortable wearing it without looking out of place. It also provides good coverage for the bust with nice cleavage without being too revealing.
