Problems with snap closures

Dress is cute but even after washing the collar is stiff. Its a bit uncomfortable. When sitting the snap buttons pop opened at the bottom and I even saw one of the snaps open in the middle of the dress exposing my mid stomach. The snaps shouldn't open like that because the dress isn't tight. I may try to return it because its not a cheap dress and that shouldn't happen.
