Wrong item sent, customer service wouldn't help.

Was sent the wrong item. And the customer service very helpful in trying to get a resolved. Also ask for price adjustment as the price has dropped within the 10 days of purchase, and initially they conveniently couldn't find the price drop until I proved it to him with a screenshot, then they said they did find it but they wouldn't adjust it. Had to order again and still have not received the replacement item.
