Terrible

The item I received was of poor quality, so I returned it to the seller. Seller's customer service was so bad , the return item has been delivered to the seller on 09/20, but I still has not received the refund from seller today . I would also like to caution others: this seller is not affiliated with Macy’s, and items purchased from them cannot be returned directly to Macy’s. This can lead to significant issues with communication, returns, and refunds.

Gorgeous!

I love snake themed jewelry, and I am always looking out for an interesting piece. This necklace does not disappoint! I am so pleased with it's construction, quality, and beauty, and its attention to detail. It has a nice weight to it, and rests flush over my collarbone. The clasp feels very secure. The enamel colors are nice and vivid, and the gold plating is bright and shiny. I plan to wear it for dressy occasions, as well as casual. I absolutely love this necklace...

It looks very cheap and definitely looks poorrrt. I bought five products from this store and they were all bad. I returned them immediately without using them and I have been waiting for a month for them to refund my money. Definitely read the return policy. They literally spent my money. I never recommend it. I will never buy anything from this store or Macys again.

This necklace is pretty and made well. I do believe it is worth the on sale price of just under 200 but not worth the original price of over 500. It is gold PLATED, and cubic zirconia. Nothing about the necklace is expensive.
