Returned it and my money never been back completely Tried to contact Mayces and never answer So so bad experience when returned it.

Returns process terrible, awful smell, bad fit

Sold on Macy's site but have to return to special services area in Macy's in store, with two weeks for them to ship out of store to the company. So a month before I see a refund, even though I returned in store. Sizing is awful - bought three different sizes and none fit. I've bought this brand on other sites and the chemical smell is on all their products. Done buying this brand.

Disappointed and do not recommend this dress.

The dress I received didn't fit even after ordering a size up, and the faulty zipper made it frustrating to put on. Additionally, the weird chemical smell was off-putting, and the overall quality of the dress was disappointing. The fabric was uncomfortably itchy and rough, making it unpleasant to wear. I wouldn't recommend this dress due to its poor fit, quality, and discomfort caused by the fabric.
