Costume style enormous ruffles that overwhelm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture of this dress is adorable, and I was very excited to get it! However, when it arrived the ruffles over the shoulder are enormous- I felt like I was wearing a costume instead of a dress. It’s a shame the ruffles aren’t more in proportion to the dress- the color is adorable. I wish the dress looked like the photo!
